Helpful Tips
If you’re new to making energy balls, try lightly wetting your hands to keep the mixture from sticking.
For a different flavor twist, add a handful of dried fruit or a sprinkle of cinnamon. These energy balls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week or in the freezer for up to a month.
Pairings & Complementary Dishes
These Pistachio Matcha Energy Balls are delightful on their own but pair wonderfully with a warm cup of green tea or a frothy matcha latte. For an extra special treat, serve alongside a platter of fresh fruit or a light yogurt parfait.
