Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the pheasant chunks with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or stir-fry pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated pheasant chunks to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until they are cooked through and slightly browned. Remove the pheasant from the pan and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
